§ 13-3-24 SALE OF WATER OUTSIDE VILLAGE PROHIBITED.
   The village shall not sell water to an applicant for property outside its corporate boundaries, except that water may be sold on an emergency basis and as part of an emergency interconnection agreement with other municipalities.
