§ 13-3-7 REMOVAL AND REPAIR OF METERS; METER STOP.

After any water meter and/or automatic meter reading device is placed, only officers or employees of the Public Works Department shall be allowed to repair, remove, or in any manner interfere with such meter and/or automatic meter reading device. A meter stop or valve shall be placed on each side of the meter.
