§ 13-2-5 CONSTRUCTION BY LICENSED PLUMBER REQUIRED; INSPECTION.
   The construction work in connection with the water and sewer service shall be performed by a licensed plumber who shall file a copy of a current license with the Community Development Department when requested to do so.
