§ 13-1-14 ENFORCEMENT.

The following officers or employees of the village are granted police powers for the purpose of seeing to compliance and enforcement of sections of Ch. 13 of this code: the Superintendent of the combined waterworks and sewerage system, the Wastewater Treatment Plant Foreperson and the Water and Sewer System Forepersons.
