§ 13-1-4 SUPERINTENDENT, OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT.

There shall be a Superintendent of the waterworks and sewerage system. Such Superintendent shall be appointed by the Village Manager to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter and to observe and obey and carry out the orders and directions of the Village Manager.
