§ 13-1-3 VILLAGE MANAGER TO RUN COMBINED SYSTEM.

The Village Manager shall have jurisdiction over the supervision, management and control of the maintenance, enlargement and operation of the combined waterworks and sewerage system subject to the control exercised by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
