§ 14-2-39 CANNABIS PARAPHERNALIA; POSSESSION OF.
   It shall be unlawful for a person who is under 21 years of age to possess cannabis paraphernalia, unless he or she is a qualified patient under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Act (410 ILCS 130).
