§ 14-5-3 ADULT-USE CANNABIS DISPENSING ORGANIZATIONS.

Adult-use cannabis dispensing organizations shall be allowed within the village only as provided in Chapter 16, "Zoning", Article 3, “District Specific Standards”, § 16-3-11 “Permitted and Special Uses” of the Village Code of Ordinances.
