§ 1-9-8 CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING THE HARASSMENT POLICY.
   Any person who violates this policy, the prohibition on sexual harassment contained in 5 ILCS 430/5-65, or makes a false report of harassment shall be subject to discipline including but not limited to suspension, demotion or discharge and any applicable fines and penalties established pursuant to ordinance, state law or federal law. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any discipline imposed shall be separate and distinct from any fine or penalties imposed by a court of law or a state or federal agency.
