All elected officials, appointed officers, commissioners, committee members and employees required to file economic disclosure statements with the county clerk pursuant to § 4A-101 of the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act (5 ILCS 420/4A-101) shall be in violation of this code of ethics if they fail to comply with and fulfill the requirements set forth in said state Act.
