In the event that a grantee fails to provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Village Manager as provided in § 12-6-18, the Manager shall refer the apparent violation or non-compliance to the corporate authorities. The corporate authorities shall provide the grantee with notice and a reasonable opportunity to be heard concerning the matter.
