§ 4-2-10 ALARM ACTIVATIONS.
   (A)   Nothing in this article is to be construed that the Police Department will assume any responsibility for providing any watch or guard service over the property or premises which is equipped with an alarm system.
   (B)   When any alarm has been activated for any reason, it is the responsibility of the alarm user to provide someone with access to the alarm system to appear on the scene of the activation to turn off or reset the alarm, within one hour after being notified by the Police Department to do so.
   (C)   Exterior alarms such as lights, bells, sirens, whistles, buzzers and the like must be equipped to automatically shut off after one-half hour.
