§ 4-2-2 ADMINISTRATIVE RULES.
   The Police Chief shall promulgate such rules as may be necessary for the implementation of this article, and for determination of grounds for clerical suspension or revocation of any license or permit required by this article. The rules shall be approved by the Village Manager and shall be open to inspection.
