§ 91.248 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.

Sections 91.240 through 91.263 are not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions; however, where these section and another conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
