(A) When signs are erected giving notice of a handicapped person parking space, all persons other than those handicapped as defined in G.S. § 20-37.5 are prohibited from parking a vehicle in any parking space Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., as described in Traffic Schedule XXXIX hereby made a part hereof.
(B) When signs are erected giving notice of a handicapped person parking space, all persons other than those persons handicapped as defined in G.S. § 20-37.5 are prohibited from parking a vehicle in any parking space described in Traffic Schedule XXXIX, hereby made apart hereof.
