§ 72.35 GENERAL SPEED REGULATIONS.
   No person shall drive a vehicle on a street or highway at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing. Except as otherwise provided in § 72.36, it shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of 35 mph inside the corporate limits.
