§ 72.17 CLINGING TO VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hang on to any moving vehicle. It shall be unlawful for any person riding on any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any toy vehicle, to attach a bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, toy vehicle or himself or herself to any moving vehicle on any roadway.
