§ 72.14 RIDING ON CERTAIN PARTS OF VEHICLE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride on any portion of a motor vehicle not designed or intended for the use of passengers. This provision shall not apply to any employee engaged in the necessary discharge of duty of his or her employment or to persons riding within truck bodies in spaces intended for freight or merchandise.
