§ 70.04 DRIVERS OF GOVERNMENT- OWNED VEHICLES.
   The provisions of this title applicable to the drivers of vehicles on streets shall apply to the driver of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States government, this state, any other state, or any county or town. It shall be unlawful for any driver to violate any provisions of this title, except as otherwise permitted in this title or by state statute.
