§ 63.02 ALCOHOL SALES PERMITTED.
   Any establishment properly licensed by the North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Control Commission shall be allowed to serve alcohol, pursuant to their permit, starting at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings.
