(A) Curbside collection. Curbside collection by the town, county or contractor thereof shall be provided pursuant to § 42.02.
(B) Convenience site collection. Convenience site collection by the town, county or contractor thereof shall be provided pursuant to § 42.02 with the following supplemental standards: this chapter shall not prohibit collectors of refuse from outside of the town from hauling refuse over town streets, provided the collectors comply with the provisions of this chapter and with any other governing law or ordinances.
