§ 31.22 ENFORCEMENT OF CODE.
   The Fire Prevention and Protection Code of the town shall be enforced by the Fire Chief or Fire Marshal and their authorized representatives or as otherwise provided herein. By resolution, the Board of Commissioners, may appoint another local government unit to enforce this provisions of this chapter.
