§ 21.25 LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
   In the absence of a sworn law enforcement officer employed by the town, the positions of Chief of Police or sworn law enforcement officer shall be construed to mean any supervisory law enforcement officer of competent jurisdiction or any law enforcement officer of competent jurisdiction respectively.
