§ 21.10 TOWN ORGANIZATION.

   The Town Administrator shall administer the functions and activities of the town through the following departments:

   (A)   Administration Department;

   (B)   Finance Department;

   (C)   Public Works Department; and

   (D)   Public Safety Department.
