§ 21.01 POWER OF THE BOARD.
   The Board of Commissioners shall have the authority to generally organize and supervise the employees of the town including all necessary and incumbent powers authorized by law. All employees appointed by the Board of Commissioners shall hold their office at the pleasure of the Board.
