§ 20.16 INTEREST OF COMMISSIONERS AND APPOINTED COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
   No member of the Board of Commissioners or any member of any committee appointed by the Board of Commissioners shall have a pecuniary interest, directly or indirectly, in any contract made or entered into by the Board, nor in any matter where the rights or liabilities of the town are, or may be, involved.
