Any regular or special meeting of the Board of Commissioners and any adjourned meeting thereof may adjourn to such time prior to the next regular meeting date as may be fixed by the Board of Commissioners, and no special notice shall be required for the adjourned meeting. Upon adjournment, the motion to adjourn shall state the time and place the meeting will reconvene.
