9-1-6: MOVING BUILDINGS:
No frame building shall be moved from without to within the corporate limits of the town, which, by reason of its age, state of repair, condition of wiring or which, for any other reason, is unfit for human habitation or which might endanger the public peace, safety, health or welfare. (1992 Code § 4-132)
