8-4-8: DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE BY NONRESIDENTS:
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any nonresident of the Town, whether person, firm or corporation, to dispose of any "solid waste" or "trash", as defined in section 8-4-3 of this chapter, by depositing same in any receptacle or container, or by disposing of same in any other unauthorized manner, within the Town limits. (Ord. 194, 10-7-1993)
