7-5-2: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
   A.   Lessees for commercial or non-commercial use of airport premises shall be provided, and acknowledge receipt of, a copy of applicable ordinances, rules and regulations and agree to abide by the same. Any violation of said ordinances, rules and regulations as set out herein, or as may be amended from time to time, shall constitute a breach and be grounds for termination of any lease agreement.
   B.   Airport Manager, or his designated representative, shall have the right to inspect the premises, both within and without buildings, at reasonable times to insure compliance with lease agreements, ordinances, rules and regulations.
   C.   All buildings erected on the premises, unless approved otherwise by the Town Board of Trustees, shall have the main door facing the runway.
   D.   All buildings must be of permanent structure and must be so constructed as to withstand seventy five (75) mile per hour winds. If sheet iron is used for the outside covering of the structure, it must be new material and must meet approval of the Airport Manager. Plans for any new structures must be submitted for approval to the Town Board of Trustees who will further insure that any proposed construction or alteration is submitted on a form designated by the Administrator of the FAA to the appropriate FAA office for air spacing determination.
   E.   The electrical wiring of any structure to be erected on the premises shall be the responsibility of the lessee(s) and must be installed in conduit.
   F.   Lessee(s) will be required to keep the premises let free to trash, rubbish and shall keep the same mowed and neat in appearance. No toxic or dangerous chemicals or substances shall be allowed to be handled or stored on the premises or in any structure erected on the premises. In that regard those substances presently restricted by ordinance(s), rules and regulations for airport use, or limited thereby, are specifically prohibited.
   G.   Should any lease be other than for premises upon which an existing structure/hangar is situated, lessee(s) shall pursue the construction of an approved building to be used as an airplane hangar in good faith. If said construction is not completed within one hundred twenty (120) days from the date thereof, any lease agreement shall automatically terminate and become null and void.
   H.   Lease agreements shall be subject to all present and future ordinance(s), rules and regulations, as may be adopted or amended by the Town Board of Trustees.
   I.   All structures/hangars now existing, or to be hereinafter constructed, are to be used for storage of aircraft only, unless otherwise provided in any previously executed Bill of Sale. (Ord. 283, 12-10-2015)
