A. False Statements Deemed Perjury: Any applicant who makes a false statement in his application for a permit, to include all answers subsequently given pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of perjury as provided by the laws of the state. (Ord. 762, 9-6-1960)
B. Penalty: Any operator, driller, owner of a leasehold, or portion thereof, or person actively engaged in operations defined herein who operates any installation described in this chapter without a permit shall be, upon conviction, fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Every day upon which such violation shall occur or upon which such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 762, 9-6-1960; amd. 2006 Code)
