3-5-8: NUISANCE DECLARED:

Any oil or gas well or other facility described herein operated without a valid permit under this chapter or in a manner materially varying from the description in the application and other information submitted or the conditions of the permit is declared a public nuisance. (Ord. 762, 9-6-1960)
