3-5-6: TERM OF PERMIT:

The permit shall be issued for such period as the council shall direct, but shall not exceed the term of the shortest lease in the unitized area. If no term is stated, it shall be for ninety (90) days and as long thereafter as oil or gas is produced. (Ord. 762, 9-6-1960)
