The city council shall have the power to condition the issuance of a permit in such a way as to require certain standards to be met; types of equipment to be used; locations to be conformed to; time schedules for operation to be adhered to; bond to be posted for individual or corporate damage; health, welfare and safety measures to be complied with; damages or other monies to be paid to the city in the event property will be damaged or additional city expense shall be incurred; or other measures deemed reasonably necessary for the health, safety or welfare of the city. Any applicant who commences operation under a permit issued will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the conditions of the permit. (Ord. 762, 9-6-1960)
