3-5-1: PERMIT REQUIRED:

No oil or gas well or other facility used directly in the production of oil or gas shall be established, drilled, operated or commenced in the city until the operator or other responsible person in charge shall have obtained a permit issued in compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 762, 9-6-1960)
