The mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute and the city clerk shall attest, pursuant to this chapter, the agency agreement, substantially in the same form attached to ordinance 1114 as exhibit 2, which ordinance is on file in the office of the city clerk, for the formation of a municipal power agency with one or more of the municipalities listed in exhibit 1 attached to ordinance 1114, and with such other municipalities subsequently becoming members of the municipal power agency pursuant to the agency agreement and the supplements to the agency agreements substantially in the same form as is attached to ordinance 1114 as exhibit 3. The mayor, by executing the agency agreement and the supplements to the agency agreements, shall approve the terms and conditions of the agency agreement and the supplements to the agency agreement.
