9-3-5: PENALTY:

A. Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).

B. Each day, any violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1522, 2-21-2017)
