A. Notice Of Violation; Time Limit For Remedy: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 8-5-15, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The city may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 1361, 3-6-2006)
B. Penalty Imposed: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1361, 3-6-2006; amd. 2006 Code)
C. Liability Of Violator: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city by reasons of such violation. (Ord. 1361, 3-6-2006)
