8-5-15: PROTECTION OF SEWAGE WORKS FROM DAMAGE:

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this section shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct. (Ord. 1361, 3-6-2006)
