The appropriate city official shall receive all such revenues from the combined waterworks and sewerage system and all other funds and monies incident to the operation of said system, as the same may be collected by him, and deposit the same in a separate fund, designated as the "waterworks and sewerage fund of the city of Carmi", and the treasurer shall administer said fund in every respect in the manner provided by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-139-1 et seq., as amended, and all other laws thereunto enabling.
