A. Option To Inspect: The application for new service shall contain a description of the premises to be served. The city office or its representative shall have the option of making an inspection of electric wiring of the premises before electrical energy is supplied to determine the efficiency and condition of the wiring.
B. Nonliability Of City For Safety Of Wiring: By inspecting a premises, and approving it for electric service, the city takes no responsibility in guaranteeing the safety or adequacy of the wiring. (Ord. 1066, 9-19-1983)
