7-4-6: SEVERABILITY:
   A.   If any of the provisions of this chapter or the application thereof to any person, partnership, corporation, trust, association or other legal entity is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this chapter, and to this end, the provisions of this chapter are declared to be severable.
   B.   This chapter shall not be construed to be a full and complete statement of all provisions made in any contract between the city and any person or in any way contrary to the laws of the United States or the state of Illinois. The purpose of this chapter is to set forth minimum requirements which any person must meet before being allowed to conduct commercial operations on the Carmi municipal airport. (Ord. 929, 1-3-1977)
