A. Penalty Imposed: Violation of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction thereof, by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, and each day that any such person violates the provisions of this chapter the violation of same shall constitute a separate offense and may be punishable by a fine as herein provided separately for each day of violation thereof; (Ord. 929, 1-3-1977; amd. 2006 Code)
B. Nuisance Declared: The violation of this chapter shall also constitute a nuisance which may be abated and enjoined by an action at law or in equity for injunction or damages as provided by the statutes and laws of the state; and
C. Suspension Of Airport Privileges: A violation of this chapter shall also constitute grounds for the suspension of all airport privileges of any such person after notice in writing of such violation to such person by the mayor. (Ord. 929, 1-3-1977)
