A. Hours And Days: Such person shall provide full time management a minimum of eight (8) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.
B. Evidence Of Experience: Such management shall furnish evidence of five (5) years' experience in the field of their endeavor.
C. Qualifications Of Employees: Such person may employ full or part time employees or independent contractors, provided they are of good moral character and properly trained and licensed for their assigned duties.
D. Air Taxi Privileges: Such person contracting for air taxi privileges shall provide:
1. FAA ATCO certificate.
2. State of Illinois charter air carrier certificate.
E. Aircraft Maintenance Service: Such person contracting for aircraft maintenance service (power plants, aircraft, avionics, etc.) shall provide:
1. FAA designed aircraft maintenance inspector.
2. A minimum of one certified mechanic or technician properly schooled, trained and competent for his assigned duties.
3. Minimum investment of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) in machinery, equipment, tools and parts.
F. Fuel Dispensation: Such person contracting for dispensation of fuel and consumables shall provide:
1. Equipment approved by the state fire marshal.
2. A minimum of two (2) employees schooled, trained and competent for his assigned duties.
3. Personnel for the dispensing of fuel during the hours beginning at dawn and ending at dusk.
4. Equipment to dispense eighty (80) octane and one hundred (100) octane aviation fuels. (Ord. 929, 1-3-1977)
