In order to obtain and maintain authorization for any commercial aviation operation under section 7-4-1 of this chapter, such person, partnership, corporation, trust, association or other legal entity shall provide evidence of the following requirements:
A. Character; Financial Ability; Equipment Ownership: All such persons shall be of good moral character, furnish satisfactory evidence of financial ability and must own adequate and proper equipment to carry on the endeavor profitably, efficiently and safely.
B. Equipment Investment: All such persons shall furnish satisfactory evidence of minimum investment in equipment for the following services:

Crop dusting and spraying | 10,000.00 | |
In the case of flight training, equipment investment will be considered if such person owns a flight simulator. (Ord. 929, 1-3-1977)
