7-1-2: DRIVING OVER OILED STREETS:
   A.   Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or cause to be driven any automobile, truck, vehicle, or upon or over any oiled street within the limits of the city, so long as said street is properly barricaded and a notice forbidding travel upon the same posted in a conspicuous place at each barricade.
   B.   Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 507, 7-3-1944; amd. 2006 Code)
