A. Disposal Required; Notice From City: All persons are required to dispose of any inoperable motor vehicles under their control within seven (7) days upon written notice received from the corporate authorities or from the chief of police or any member of his department designated by him commanding such disposition of said inoperable motor vehicle.
B. Disposal By City: If, after the seven (7) days' notice has expired, the owner has not disposed of said inoperable motor vehicle under his control, then the chief of police or any member of his department may remove any inoperable motor vehicle or parts thereof. (Ord. 1197, 7-19-1993)
