A. Issued Items: Winter uniforms shall consist of the following issued items:
1. Cap with badge.
2. Long sleeved shirt.
3. Shirt badge.
4. Winter trousers.
5. Sam Browne belt.
6. Handcuffs and case.
7. Baton and strap.
8. Tie and tie tack.
9. Oxford or wellington style boots.
10. Fur trimmed cap.
11. Collar brass.
12. Nametag.
B. Items Furnished By Officer: The following items are to be furnished and worn by uniformed officers:
1. Sidearm.
2. Holster.
3. Cartridge case.
4. Black socks (with oxfords).
C. Jacket: The jacket or coat (issued items) will be worn as needed.
D. Cap: Fur trimmed cap will be worn with heavy coat as needed.
E. Dry Clean Only Items: All jackets, coats, and cap covers shall be dry clean only.
F. Emblems: Awards or emblems issued to members of the department are to be worn pursuant to other directives.
G. Straps And Holders: Key straps, and mace holders are optional items.
H. Additional Items Prohibited: No other items are to be worn as a visible part of a winter uniform.
