4-1-5: DUTIES OF SECRETARY:
The secretary shall keep a record of all meetings of the department and the attendance of the members, a record of all fires and the attendance of the members at such fires, and, during the last week of June of each year, file with the city clerk, a full report of such record of attendance and fires which said report shall be made under oath. He shall also keep such other records, make such reports, and keep and furnish such statistics as may be required by him by law. (Ord. 506, 1944)
