A. The aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded by a licensee in a single raffle under this chapter and in accordance with applicable State law is limited to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00).
B. The maximum retail value of each prize awarded by a licensee in a single raffle is limited to two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00).
C. The maximum price which may be charged for each raffle chance issued or sold is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
D. The maximum number of days during which raffle chances may be issued or sold for any one (1) raffle shall be one (1) year.
E. Licenses issued shall be valid for one (1) raffle or for a specified number of raffles to be conducted during a specified period not to exceed one (1) year and may be suspended or revoked for any violation of the "Raffles Act" or this chapter. (Ord. 1505, 7-5-2016)
